Back In the USSR

I’m posting this week’s blog a day earlier — Wednesday July 4th — America’s Independence Day! I’m going to celebrate Independence Day festivities back in the United States’ Split Republics (“USSR”). I’m in Prescott, Arizona, home of America’s Oldest Rodeo and history of political independents that don’t fit the establishment mold or tradition of the time.

Independents like Arizona Senators McCain and Flake, both Republicans who are openly and angrily challenging a Republican President and their party. Arizonians have always had an independent streak — going back to the state’s Native Americans, led by Hopis, fighting the Spanish Conquistadors and of course — Geronimo fighting the U.S. Cavalry!

Much like most Americans, Arizonians, in the footsteps of the Republic’s Founding Fathers, openly debate the issue of the day — or moment in today’s social media world — and eventually reach an evolving consensus.

No different than Democrats and New Yorkers who voted last week in the city’s 14th-congressional district primary, which covers large ethnic communities in Queens and the Bronx, and elected political novice-outsider Democratic challenger Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. The bartender and community activist, defeated an establishment career politician seeking his 11th term in Congress — even though he outspent her 10 to one. She will face a Republican economics professor in November’s midterm election but is destined to win in the heavily Democratic district.

The 4th of July celebrates America’s Independence from Great Britain and for establishing a new democratic political model — blending Native American political structures with Europe’s evolving Enlightenment model. A topic I discuss at length in Custom Maid Spin for New World Disorder, the opening volume of my Custom Maid trilogy.

In the introduction on the inside cover to volume three of my trilogy, Custom Maid Revolution for New World Disorder, I introduce the reader to the book with the following opening statement:

Revolution People Power

This book explores the injustices that have generated The Third American Revolution. The first and second American Revolutions were limited to America, even though they inspired the French Revolution and many other failed revolutions. The Third American Revolution is not limited to America it is global.”

The America political spirit rules, especially in America — and for me — Arizona, on America’s Independence Day!

The Beatle’s song Revolution says it all. Happy 4th!
